What ever your need is, always be nice and respectful to the driver. They didn't cause your emergency. He or she is there to help.

Check both of your headlights once a month in their low beam mode as well as high beam is important. Once you lose either side's high or low beams it is wise to replace both headlights right away. It's just as important to check both of your brake lights, blinkers and all side and/or roof marker lights to prevent other drivers from not seeing you at night. It also prevents Police from ticketing you.

Don't follow the vehicle in front of you to close, incase they need to stop for a police officer or a member of the construction crew.
Tailgating the vehicle in front of you can cause unnecessary damage to both vehicles if an accident occurs. Even following a car to closely can road rash your car, SUV or truck's paint and finish with stone chips. The same stone chips can raise hell with your two headlights surface as well. Use caution when driving. It will save you lots of money and lower your cost of insurance too.
